Remortgage & Refinance

The most expensive mortgage in Britain is the one nobody reviewed. We track your deal, model the market and move you at precisely the right moment.

Remortgage & Refinance — Agnes Mortgage

Timing is the whole game

A remortgage can be secured up to six months before your current deal ends — and repriced downwards if rates fall before completion. Starting early costs nothing and removes every risk of drifting onto the standard variable rate.

  • Rate-switch and full remortgage compared side by side, with all fees
  • Capital raising for improvements, investments or the next deposit
  • Debt consolidation modelled honestly — total cost, not just monthly relief
  • Portfolio-wide refinancing sequenced across multiple expiry dates
  • Product transfer negotiation with your existing lender when staying wins

More than a cheaper rate

A remortgage is the moment to redesign the debt itself: shorten the term while payments are manageable, split the loan into fixed and flexible parts, add offset features against business cash, or release equity for the next acquisition.

For landlords, we sequence expiry dates deliberately so the whole portfolio never reprices in the same market moment — the refinancing equivalent of not betting everything on one card.

Answered before you ask

Six months before your current deal ends. Offers last around six months, so you lock protection immediately and still benefit if pricing improves — we re-broker automatically before completion whenever rates move in your favour.

Easier, yes — best, only sometimes. Transfers skip valuation and legals but hide the market comparison. We price both routes every time; when your existing lender genuinely wins, we'll say so and arrange it.

It's one of the most common strategies we arrange: release equity from your home or portfolio at residential-level rates and deploy it as the deposit on the next purchase. Done properly, the numbers on both loans are agreed as one plan.

Your fixed rate has an expiry date. Your plan should too.

Tell us when your current deal ends and we'll build the timeline backwards from that day — starting now.
